Hi there! I’m Steven. I want to give a big thank you for visiting my blog. Here, I’ll be sharing everything I know about starting a business in different countries. It took me 12 years and a lot of hard work to establish 13 companies in 8 countries on 4 continents. And now I’m getting ready to open another one in the heart of Africa.
During those 12 years, I realized how much time and effort I spent looking for information. What kind of company do I need? What documents do I need to submit? What kind of license do I need? What are the local specifics in accounting and labor law?

I made a lot of mistakes when I was first starting out. Don’t make the same ones! Try to get as much information as you can before making any decisions. See if the management company you’re looking into is actually necessary. You might be surprised by how often they try to do things that aren’t needed.
